We offer a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee with no questions asked when you buy online through https://www.jcclayton.co.uk/ on any damaged Artwork or Products that have been sent using our couriers and shippers. However, if you buy from one of our partnered galleries or at an art fair then you buy the work as seen.

The buyer is liable for the cost of the return shipping to the artist. Please contact info@jcclayton.co.uk if you have any questions.

Any Artwork or Products that have been customized, commissioned or made to the buyers’ specifications are none refundable. This includes Artwork with customised frames.
