Returns Policy

We offer a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee with no questions asked when you buy online through on any damage Artwork or Products that have been sent using our couriers and shippers. However, if you buy from one of our partnered galleries or at an art fair then you buy the work as seen.

The buyer is liable for the cost of the return shipping to the artist. Please contact if you have any questions.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Any Art or Products that have bend customized, commissioned or made to the buyers’ specifications are none refundable. This includes Artwork with customised frames.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


If you are not completely satisfied with your art work then please return the work within 14 days of receiving it.
1. The cost of returning the item will be the responsibility of the buyer. When returning the item, you must ensure that it is not lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, we advise you to opt for a signed for delivery service. It can take up to 7 days for the item to reach its destination.
2. We will not accept returns for items that have been damaged post-delivery. If this is the case, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
3. You must return the goods within 14 days of your receipt of the art work with both art work and all packaging in their original condition, securely wrapped, including our delivery slip and at your risk and cost.
4. After our artist has received the art work, we will credit your credit or debit card with the full purchase price of the goods returned. Please see our returns policy.

Returns Process

Please email us at and we will send you a returns form containing and a return address. Please print this email and include it with the art work when returning the work. We advise you to opt for a signed for delivery, as we are not able to accept responsibility for items that fail to reach us.
We will refund your purchase when we have received and checked the item. Please see returns policy.

How Can I Cancel My Order


If you would like to cancel your order, please us the Contact Form provided and included you full name and order reference to notify us that you wish to cancel as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed, you will have to follow our Returns Policy and Terms and Conditions, which can be found by our website at the foot of the page. Alternatively contact us by email and use standard return process described above.
